All services provided by Promerio, Inc. are digital consulting services delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Refunds

Clients may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, provided that the consulting service has not yet been delivered, scheduled, or started.

If the service has already been delivered, partially delivered, or a consultation session has taken place, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as the service is considered fulfilled.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a consultation session has occurred, written advice has been delivered, or work has begun, refunds are not available due to the personalized and digital nature of the services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase using the contact information provided on our website. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank. 

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all services are digital and customized, returns or exchanges are not applicable.
